About me 

Born in France of predominantly Italian heritage, I began my career in 2000 with an American Development real estate group Kaufman & Broad in Marseille, where I quickly established myself as the company’s top interior design consultants, generating over €1.5 million in annual sales at the age of 25 years old.

I learned all my expertise in construction and marketing within this prestigious American industry.

Trilingual and design-driven, I am specialized in high-end residential customization and international client relations.

A passionate art lover, society member of Le Louvre Museum, I also studied photography at Speos professional school in Paris, an experience that sharpened my creative eye for composition, light, and visual storytelling.

In 2010, after 7 years of passion and loyalty, I married Pascal Nicolai, a real estate entrepreneur, and together we built both a family with 2 wonderful children and a shared professional journey. 

I moved to Miami with my two children and my husband, we became co-managers of several companies for 10 years, real estate acquisition, interior design and resale company.

I combined strategic insight, creative direction, and family life, with equal energy, embodying both professional commitment and maternal balance.

Between 2015 and 2017, I was asked to built ,as a designer and marketing expert, an international commercial strategy of a new company in Miami called SABAL DEVELOPMENT: a new logo, marketing brochures, and the international brand identity of Sabal Development, directly contributing to the brand’s creation and positioning within Miami’s luxury real estate market and its investors, called 'La vie est belle'.

In 2014, I earned my Florida broker license  to complete my real estate market analysis and career.

Since 2012, I have been developing interior design and renovation projects between France, Miami and Morocco, including the restoration of a 4000 sqft RIAD of 6 bedrooms, several luxury projects in Megève, 

and the complete architectural design of my family residence on Di Lido Island (108 Di Lido Drive, Miami Beach), my first big project.

I unite luxury real estate expertise since 2011, design, and lifestyle, creating refined, timeless spaces inspired by my French upbringing, Italian roots, and trilingual fluency in English, Spanish, and French.
