About me
Born in the South of France, with predominantly Italian roots, I began my career in 2000 with the American real estate development group Kaufman & Broad in Marseille. I quickly became one of the company’s leading interior design consultants, generating more than €1.5 million in annual sales by the age of 25.
This early experience laid a strong foundation in construction, design, and real estate marketing within a high-level international environment, particularly in Miami real estate.
Trilingual and design-driven, I focus on high-end residential customization and nurturing international client relationships.
I have always been passionate about art and am a member of the Société des Amis du Louvre. Additionally, I studied photography at the Spéos professional school in Paris, which refined my eye for composition, light, and visual storytelling.
In 2010, after seven years of collaboration, I married Pascal Nicolai, a notable real estate entrepreneur. Together, we built a family with two wonderful children and embarked on a long professional journey side by side.
Later, I moved to Miami with my family, where we served as co-managers of several companies for over ten years, focusing on real estate acquisition, interior design services, and property resale.
Between 2015 and 2017, I was brought in as a designer and marketing consultant to assist in shaping the international commercial strategy of SABAL Development in Miami. I worked on the brand identity, including the logo and marketing materials, contributing to the company’s early positioning in Miami’s luxury real estate market under the concept “La vie est belle.”
In 2014, I obtained my Florida real estate broker license and joined Douglas Elliman Miami, which further enhanced my understanding of the local market.
Since 2012, I have developed personal projects between France, Miami, and Morocco, including the restoration of a 4,000 sq ft riad with six bedrooms, several luxury initiatives in Megève, and the complete architectural design of my family residence on Di Lido Island (108 Di Lido Drive, Miami Beach).
Today, I bring together my real estate expertise, luxury design sensibility, and a growing interest in the next generation of exclusive residences at sea.
